At the moment, they cover every of floor and I have to walk on them to get in or out of the room.

A short while ago, my sister helped me to carry one of my old up the stairs.

She went into my room and got a big surprise when she saw all those books on the floor.

"This is the prettiest I have ever seen," she said.

the prettiest... I have ever seen 是最高级结构；I have ever seen 作省略关系代词的定语从句。
She at it for some time, then added, "You don't need at all."
她盯着“它”看了好一会儿，然后又补充说：“你根本用不着书橱。”
gaze at 表示“凝视”；for some time 表示“一段时间”；not...at all 表示“根本不”。
